Vercel integration

Integrating Shipshape with Vercel is easy—after all, our business is Vercel deployment dashboards! You can either sign up for a shipshape account and link your Vercel account from your settings page, or you can install the Shipshape Vercel integration from the Vercel marketplace.

Whichever route you choose, all you need to do is follow the instructions when linking your Vercel account with Shipshape and we’ll take care of the rest. There are no additional steps required and nothing else to configure.

Installation via shipshape

Installation via shipshape is easy:

1. Sign up for a shipshape account if you haven’t already done so and then sign in to your account
2. Link your Vercel account from your settings page by clicking the ‘Link a Vercel account’ button
3. This will redirect you to vercel.com where you will be guided through the process of installing the shipshape integration
4. Once installed, Vercel will redirect you back to your shipshape settings page and any new deployments will be automatically synced

Installation via Vercel marketplace

Installation via the Vercel marketplace is very similar to installing from shipshape:

1. Find the Shipshape integration in the Vercel marketplace and click the ‘Add Integration’ button
2. Vercel will open a popup window which will load the shipshape website. You will be prompted to sign in or create a shipshape account if necessary.
3. Once you have signed in or created an account, you will be redirected back to Vercel on the newly-configured Shipshape intallation page
4. Click the ‘Configure’ button to be taken back to shipshape.dev where any new deployments will be automatically synced.

Unlinking a Vercel account from shipshape

1. Locate the Shipshape installation within your Vercel dashboard—you’ll find it under ‘Integrations’
2. Under the ‘Uninstall’ section, click ‘Remove Integration’
3. This will revoke shipshape’s access to your account and automatically remove the linked account from your Shipshape settings page
